Is your women's organization having an all day conference? Perhaps you are in charge of an all day meeting at your place of business. Whatever the reason that you are in charge of planning the food, you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed, especially if this is the first time you've had this type of assignment. From planning easy-to-serve meals to selecting a variety of coffee mate creamer supplies, here are some ideas that might help you.

Coffee Mate Creamer Supplies - Since the meeting will last all day, those who attend the event will probably be extremely grateful if there is coffee available during the entire duration of the meeting. Remember, though, that there might be some who aren't coffee drinkers. Have you thought of having hot chocolate available for those non-coffee drinkers? For both, think of adding some interest to the beverages by having an assortment of coffee mates. You might be surprised at how good they will taste in the hot chocolate. Choose flavors like hazelnut, French vanilla and caramel. The supplier will have a list of all of the flavors that are available, and they will more than likely provide them in small one-use containers which will be easy to serve along with the coffee or chocolate.

Easy-To Serve Meals - Once you've established how the hot beverages will be served, consider what you will offer as the main courses to those who attend your all-day meeting. Since it will begin in the morning, consider having a buffet of things like commercially wrapped muffins in different flavors and bowls of fruit that those who attend can easily serve themselves. Another idea is to have small containers of yogurt along with little plastic spoons. Think about having lunch catered by a company that supplies lunch-in-a-bag meals. Perhaps a submarine sandwich, a bag of chips, a fruit cup and a brownie will be welcome and filling in the middle of the day. Are you ending the day with a meal, too? If the last meal can be a super casual one, consider ordering pizza that people can serve themselves in a buffet line. Have the line go down both sides of the table. If the meal is to be a more formal one, consider having a catering company take care of everything from setting it up to serving it and then cleaning up after the meal is over.
