About Me

There was a time that I was concerned more about the end result than the cooking experience, but that was before my schedule got really busy. I had a lot of free time, so it didn't bother me too much if I had to shuck corn by hand or peel veggies with a hand peeler. However, as things got busier, I knew that I had to make some changes. I began turning to professional cooking blogs to learn more about what to make, and they had some awesome tips for me. I was able to find some cooking equipment that really sped up my daily prep.
